Guided tour: Agenda

In the Agenda you can store your appointments. Appointments can be linked to your contacts. You can also see your outstanding actions and upcoming special days in your parish. You will never again forget an anniversary or special day.

Within the agenda there is a separate visits scheduler because this is such an important part of the work of church ministers.

You can also maintain a services schedule with a list of public holidays and all Sundays, the days on which you have to work, days with services planned, or the days on you will be on leave.

In summary: the diary is your 'dashboard': in this screen you can see all your appointments, anniversaries and birthdays, visits schedule, services schedule, actions, contacts and the phone list.
