In the setup you can define how you want Diktuon to 'behave':
You can choose which type of special days of your contacts you want to be reminded of, and how many days ahead. You can also set the start and end time of your standard working day and how long in advance you are normally planning your timetable.
You can maintain the list of values yourself. List of values are used for consistency in entering data and for fast selection of search criteria. All list of values can contain an unlimited number of items and you can even determine the sort order of items in each list.
You can define own fields. These are free fields in all screens of which you can decide what they are to be used for.
