Guided tour: Visits schedule

Because visits are such an important part of the work of many ministers a separate planning screen has been created. This screen is a specification of the Agenda with extra functions for efficient scheduling of visits.

You have an overview of your planned visits and free parts of the day at all times. You can select on part of the day, type of visit, type of contact, district etc. And of course you can plan new visits.
